What details do I need to form a company?
To initiate a limited company setup, you'll need a company name, a brief description of the business activities, a UK-based registered office address, and the particulars of company directors, shareholders, and People with Significant Control (PSC). Furthermore, beneficial owners owning over 25% of the issued shares will be required to provide proof of identification and address.
